Frequently Asked Questions

• How soon until the kitchen ready for installation? -    Depending on the door design, 1 to 6 weeks from place of order.

• Do you deliver to our home? - We deliver fully assembled kitchens and unload in your home ready for you to install or for us to do.

• Interstate delivery/install if requested? -  We can deliver fully assembled kitchens, flat packs anywhere in Australia..

• To place an order, what deposit is required? -  We ask for 10% deposit + 20% progress payment at time of order.

• If the kitchen does not fit for some reason, what happens? - Generally everyone measures twice, this usually takes care of any problems, but if the occasion occurs we are only to happy to help solve the problem. We are in business to regenerate future work, so all our customers needs are important. Therefore a quick chat with a solution is only a phone call away.

• Can someone come out to measure up for us? - We have sales people in your area and are only too happy to help, please call us so we can organise a meeting onsite. Also we accept faxed or emailed plans to work off and can go through over the phone.
