Our Factory has been fitted out with state of the art CNC nesting Machines.

The latest from USA in nesting machines gives us the ability to:
- Accuracy of 1000th of an inch
- Speed of cutting 13000mm minute
- Special dados that traditional panel saws cannot do
- Produce a larger capacity then other joinery’s (up to 40 kitchens a week in one shift)

The Latest from South Africa & only one of its kind in NSW that can not only do Vacuum formed doors in house but allows us to do special rounded or coved radius doors & then vacuum form them (such as the entertainment unit above). It can also keep up with growing demand by producing up to 500 doors a day per shift if required.

With our new edger we can now produce fast good quality 2mm square doors for the budget concerned purchaser.

Quality Assurance
All kitchens are “dry set” prior to packaging or delivery/install so to “weed out” any human imperfections (kicks match length of cupboards, btops exact size etc.’)

Software that is Amazing, See pictures below, this can be provided to any dealer that has a defined area who can then email jobs to us & have machined within a couple of days!, how’s that for “lead time”
